​Rachel Viñales has dedicated her career to public service.

 

Throughout her career as a public defender, Rachel has served as an advocate and counselor for some of our society's most vulnerable and marginalized individuals.  She takes pride in being able to represent her clients' interests with dignity, show them compassion throughout the court process, and safeguard their constitutional rights every day.

Rachel will take the lessons she's learned as a public defender with her to the bench.

 

Rachel is ready to transition her extensive courtroom expertise to the bench, where she will serve our community not as an advocate for one side, but as an unbiased judge who upholds justice for all. When Rachel is on the bench, our community can be confident that every decision she makes will balance the real-world needs of everyday people while remaining firmly rooted in legal principles. She will be transparent, treat all parties fairly, and show compassion to every person who steps into her courtroom.
